AcuityMD is seeking a Sales Ops Analyst, Compensation to design and administer compensation structures aligning with our go‑to‑market strategy. You will model payouts, test plans in CaptivateIQ, and ensure accurate, timely payments across multiple roles including AE, AM, CSM, SDR, and Solutions.
You’ll partner with Commercial leadership to drive attainment, resolve data questions, and support territory design as the organization scales.
