Client Relationship Manager

Thousands of recruitment agencies rely on someone to get their contractors paid correctly and screened properly. For many of them that's Giant, and your job is to make sure many more choose us.

We're looking for a Client Relationship Manager to win and grow SME recruitment agency accounts by phone. You'll build relationships with agency owners, directors and consultants and sell Giant's full range of services. You'll take over an existing portfolio of accounts from day one and win new business alongside it.

• Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic, OTE £50,000 – £55,000, with uncapped commission
• Location:
  
  Fully home-based, anywhere in the UK
• Hours:
  
  37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm
• Holiday: 31 days including bank holidays, rising by 1 day per year to 34, plus your birthday off
• Reporting to: our Chief Business Development Officer

• Managing and growing an inherited portfolio of recruitment agency accounts
• Winning new business across the SME recruitment agency market
• Building lasting relationships with senior decision-makers and recruitment consultants
• Selling Giant's full range of services, including payroll, screening and compliant employment solutions
• Planning your targeting and managing your pipeline using phone and marketing activity
• Hitting individual revenue and activity targets. Your daily KPI is 50 calls or 2 hours' talk time.

• Proven experience in inside sales or telesales, ideally in recruitment services, payroll, MSP or a related B2B environment
• The ability to identify, qualify and convert sales opportunities
• Confidence engaging senior decision-makers, with outstanding communication and influencing skills
• A data-driven mindset, using KPIs and CRM insight to drive performance and continuous improvement
• High levels of resilience, energy and accountability in a fast-paced sales environment

Progress into senior leadership of the UK sales team, or move into selling other Giant services such as Screening and Global Payroll. You'll get full product, operational and technical training, so you can talk confidently about compliance and legislation with clients.
