National Account Manager

An established luxury beauty brand is recruiting a National Account Manager to manage key UK department store accounts and drive commercial growth. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced account manager with a background in prestige beauty, cosmetics or luxury consumer goods to develop strategic retail partnerships and maximise sales performance.

• Manage key UK department store accounts and build strong relationships with retail buyers.
• Develop and deliver Joint Business Plans to achieve sales, margin and growth targets.
• Negotiate trading terms, promotional campaigns, product launches and Gift-With-Purchase activities.
• Manage account budgets, forecasting, stock allocation and commercial performance.
• Analyse sales data, promotional ROI and retail trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Line-manage and develop a Sales Analyst.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, retail operations and e-commerce teams.

• 3-4 years' account management experience within prestige beauty, cosmetics or luxury consumer goods.
• Experience managing UK department store or premium retail accounts.
• Proven negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial understanding of margins, forecasting and promotional budgets.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence analysing sales data.
• Previous experience managing or mentoring a team member is desirable.

Working hours:

Monday-Thursday, 9 am-5.30 pm;
Friday, 9 am-4 pm.
