This position's location is in Madison, WI, with a hybrid in-office presence.

We're looking for a Growth & Sales Strategist who thrives on the chase of a new client and the payoff of a long-term partnership and success. This is a seat at the table for someone with the hustle, the relationships, and the consultative instincts to shape how Yahara grows — with real ownership over the pipeline you build and the deals you close.

Open doors to new business through targeted prospecting, networking, and consultative selling.

Grow the accounts you land by spotting cross-sell and upsell opportunities before your clients even ask.

Own the deal from first call to signature , coordinating and assisting throughout the full sales cycle from lead qualification through contract negotiation and close.

Team up with delivery and project teams to keep clients happy and coming back.

Keep deals moving by coordinating NDAs, helping author SOWs, and making sure the right people are in the room for every sales meeting.

Build and protect your pipeline — researching targets, tracking engagement, and following up like it's second nature.

Show up and stand out at networking events and trade shows to build your network and expand client relationships.

• 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, with a track record of acquiring, closing, or expanding new logos and accounts.
• ~ Experience in Bio Health (laboratory operations, equipment integration, contract research organizations).
• ~ Skill at building consensus among multiple stakeholders with different priorities.
• ~ A true team player, comfortable collaborating across sales, delivery, and project teams to get the right people in the room and keep deals moving.
• ~ Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• ~ High energy and genuine enthusiasm for in-person networking, conferences, and relationship-building.
