Client Partner, CPG, Uber Advertising

As a Client Partner for the CPG Vertical at Uber Advertising, you will be joining a growing division tasked with building mutually beneficial partnerships with our CPG brands. This role is about navigating the messy reality of a fast-changing environment and earning trust quickly to solve problems that don't come with a script.

• Build and grow long-term partnerships by understanding what matters most to our customers - not just selling a product.
• Navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and internal complexity to unlock value for clients and for Uber.
• Manage pipelines with urgency and discipline, knowing some deals will close fast and others will take months of persistence and trust-building.
• Adapt your approach based on market dynamics, client needs, and imperfect information - there's no one-size-fits-all playbook here.
• Collaborate across operations, marketing, product, and legal to shape proposals, resolve blockers, and deliver solutions that scale.
• Track the details, follow through on promises, and keep moving even when things get messy because the work is real and so is the impact.

• 6 + years of full-time experience in end-to-end Enterprise or Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales, ideally within CPG.
• Proven experience meeting and exceeding a commercial sales quota.
• Experience selling advertising solutions to large, complex enterprise brands and agencies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Skilled storyteller who combines creativity and data to influence stakeholders and encourage product adoption.
• Strong collaborator able to lead cross-functional projects and build trusted internal and external relationships.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel to drive data-informed sales planning and pipeline management.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate pricing pushbacks and mediation tactics in tough negotiations.
• Strategic mindset with experience anticipating market shifts and using industry trends to create value.
