ESI is now hiring a seasoned Public Safety Technology Account Executive for nationwide remote work.
About the role
We're a cloud-native software company serving law enforcement and public safety agencies, including real-time crime centers, fusion centers, sheriff's offices, and police departments. As an Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, and build your own book of business across public safety agencies.
What you'll do
- Prospect and build pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound leads, and conferences
- Represent the company at law enforcement conferences, fusion center events, and association meetings
- Run and deliver product demos to analysts, command staff, and IT stakeholders
- Understand the technical basics well enough to speak credibly on cloud, security, integrations, and data handling
- Negotiate and close deals, including navigating public sector procurement
- Manage your pipeline and forecast in the CRM
- Build long-term relationships and grow accounts after the sale
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, SaaS preferred
- Experience selling into government, public sector, or law enforcement is a strong plus
- Comfort with technology: able to learn a platform deeply and sell it confidently
- Track record of carrying and hitting quota
- Strong communicator, in person and in writing
- Self-starter, comfortable traveling for events
