As the Regional Director of Sales, you will drive strategic outbound sales while cultivating a sales-focused culture among hotel personnel. Your experience in hotel guestroom sales will be pivotal as you activate new local accounts and increase market share. This position emphasizes collaboration through bi-weekly sales presentations and effective use of Salesforce CRM for managing client relationships and achieving revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive proactive sales for 6 multi-branded hotels

• Create a sales-focused culture with hotel staff

• Deliver bi-weekly sales strategy presentations via MS Teams

• Manage sales pipeline and accounts using Salesforce CRM

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hotel sales experience, multi-property preferred

• Proven track record of generating new business

• Strong knowledge of hotel sales strategies and account management

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Willingness to travel for client visits (2-4 times annually)
