The Summers Agency is expanding, and we’re looking for motivated individuals who want a flexible, remote sales career with real earning potential. This is a commission-based role where you’ll help families protect what matters most — while building a business of your own.

No experience? No problem. We provide training, mentorship, and the systems you need to succeed.

• Speak with clients who have already requested information — no cold calling
• Understand each client’s needs and recommend appropriate life and health coverage
• Conduct phone and video appointments from your home
• Guide applicants through the process and follow up to help ensure policies are placed

• Strong communication skills and a positive, coachable mindset
• Dependable, professional, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working remotely with stable internet and a quiet workspace
• Able to work as a 1099 independent contractor
• U.S. resident and able to obtain the required insurance license in your state of residence
• Willing to obtain a Life & Health insurance license if not already licensed (training and guidance provided)

• Commission-only 1099 position — no income cap
• Fast pay options available on select products
• Part-time agents may earn $5,000–$8,000 per month; individual results vary based on sales, activity, and other factors
