As an Inside Sales Agent, you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Due to state licensing restrictions, employees must remain in their resident state for at least one year before relocating.

Licensed only candidates based in , MT, WY, GA, TN, AL, OK, KS and KY. Applicants must reside within these specified locations to be considered for this role.

• Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.
• Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
• Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $85k+.

From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, no worries, paid training also includes licensing!

• Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

• Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day. Standard shift is 11:30-8 EST, 12:30-9 CST, or 8:30-5 PST.
• All computer equipment is provided. You must be able to maintain department. Work at home requirements which include a professional workspace/room with dedicated desk and wired (cable, fiber or DSL service) high-speed internet connection with a minimum 100 MBps download speed and 20 MBps upload speed. Liberty Mutual does not support satellite and mobile internet services.

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.

• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.
