Bilingual Insurance Producer

Tommy Thomsen Insurance is a local Farmers Insurance agency helping individuals, families, and businesses across Utah protect what matters most. We're growing and looking for a motivated, bilingual Insurance Producer who can sell new policies and take great care of our existing clients — especially our Spanish-speaking customers.

• Contact purchased leads and inbound callers to quote and sell auto, home, life, business, and other personal and commercial lines
• Explain coverage in plain, friendly language in both English and Spanish
• Service existing clients with policy questions, changes, and coverage reviews
• Onboard new customers so they understand their coverage and know how to reach us
• Keep lead and client activity up to date in our CRM
• Follow up consistently by phone, text, and email to move quotes to close

• Fluent in speaking and writing both English and Spanish
• Active Utah licenses in Property, Casualty, Life, and Health (or ability to obtain them before starting)
• Sales experience, ideally in insurance, phone sales, or another target-driven role
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable using a CRM
• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused

• Base + commission: 21,000–$90,000 base salary plus commission
• Consistent lead flow provided — you won't be starting from scratch
• Top performers may earn hybrid work-from-home days
