Sales Development Representative

Fast-growing, well-funded SaaS company expanding across the US is hiring an outbound SDR to be the engine of our new pipeline — finding good-fit prospects, getting them on the phone, and booking qualified demos for our Account Executives.

• Prospect and cold-call good-fit businesses in your territory
• Qualify hard and book demos for senior AEs — clean handoffs, full context
• Own your activity and pipeline in Hub Spot

• 6+ months of sales experience
• Real cold-calling / outbound hustle (not inbound only)
• Competitive, resilient, and self-motivated — you thrive on the chase
• Good with 2 days/week in our Austin office

Outbound dialers from insurance, telecom, or home services — and outside-sales reps wanting to break into SaaS — are encouraged to apply. The grit transfers, and we'll teach you the rest.

• Fast, uncapped commission — you're paid quickly for every qualified demo you book, with more when they close
• A genuine, proven path from SDR to AE — this seat is the proving ground for future closers
• Sell a product operators genuinely love — you'll be helping businesses grow, not pushing software for its own sake
• Real ownership and no micromanagement — you're trusted to own your outcomes
• Work that matters: we help family-owned small businesses grow and reach more customers
