What You'll Do

• Connect & Build: Develop relationships with builders, contractors, remodelers, and architects throughout Denver.
• Find Opportunities: Prospect, network, generate leads, and turn conversations into sales.
• Influence & Advise: Understand customer needs, recommend solutions, and help customers make confident buying decisions.
• Keep Things Moving: Manage multiple projects, follow up quickly, and maintain momentum throughout the sales process.
• Own Your Results: Manage your territory, customer relationships, and sales pipeline while working toward clear goals.
• Work as a Team: Partner with your Pella colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll Feel Right at Home Here If You...

• Have 3+ years of professional sales experience
  , ideally in outside sales, business development, or constructions related sales
• Enjoy meeting people, starting conversations, and building genuine connections.
• Like a fast pace, changing priorities, and the excitement of pursuing new opportunities.
• Are persuasive, curious, and confident without being pushy.
• Take initiative, follow through, and enjoy seeing your efforts turn into results.
• Have strong computer skills and are comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.
• Can balance working independently with collaborating and learning from others.
• Enjoy being out in the field rather than sitting behind a desk all day.

Construction knowledge is a plus, not a requirement. If you have sales experience, strong business instincts, and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the product knowledge and training.

What You’ll Earn & Enjoy

• $65,000 annual base salary
• $85,000–$90,000 expected first-year total compensation
