We are seeking a high-caliber Licensed Life Sales Agent to lead our life insurance growth. This is a senior-level, proactive role designed for a "closer" who understands that insurance is a critical asset for protecting a family’s future.

• 75+ new homeowners policies per month.
• 5,000+ existing households.
• A collaborative team that helps set appointments for you.

We offer a transparent, performance-driven compensation structure designed to provide stability while rewarding your results:

Recoverable Draw:
To support your transition, we provide a guaranteed gross pay "draw" against future commissions.

Months 1-3: $5,000 per month.

Months 4+: $4,000 per month.

• 33% of Issued Production Credit on sales resulting from a team-set appointment.
• 23% of Issued Production Credit on sales from applications submitted by other agents that you assist in underwriting and issuance.

As a Senior Life Agent, you will be the "antidote to chaos" for our clients. Your day will include:

• Proactive Outreach:
  Completing 40+ outbound "onboarding" calls and maintaining 180+ minutes of talk time daily.
• Expert Consultation:
  Guiding neighbors through the value of life insurance in plain English, avoiding confusing jargon.
• Full Pipeline Management:
  Taking prospects from the initial application through underwriting to policy issue.
• Strict Documentation:
  Recording 100% of interactions in our system to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Experience:
  
  2+ years of current continuous life insurance sales (experience with Foresters, Corebridge, Lincoln, Hancock, or Protective is a major plus).
• Licensing: A current Life & Health Insurance license is required.
