Develops provider methods to ensure renewal and increase of commercial enterprise and retention of participants for assigned billing. Achieves go‑sell, boom/retention objectives and purchaser delight stages. Creates collaborative partnerships with sales to develop a complete growth approach for assigned ebook of commercial enterprise aligned with purchaser’s targets, monetary role, and employee gain strategy. Imparts go‑sell opportunities and worthwhile sales and boom to Aetna.

Executes tactical components of the account team’s business plan for every consumer. Demonstrates proactive capability to diagnose and fix root‑cause drivers of service troubles. Develops and manages provider plans strategically to reveal customers the value of goods and offerings. Proactively identifies provider problems and takes steps to clear service issues. May lead and mentor account managers to resolve simple and complicated issues and broaden answers proactively.

Takes lead on management of the combination of patron’s and Aetna’s inner agencies, ensuring smooth installation as a building block to gaining the consideration of key patron employees. Educates purchasers on Aetna specific regulations, product statistics, and tactics in addition to industry issues and contemporary topics.

• 3+ years of income and/or account management experience inside the health insurance and/or pharmacy industry.
• Tour required between 25-50%.
• Faraway paintings enjoy required.
• Upselling and pass promoting organization Medicare products.
• Enjoy developing relationships.
• Managed an e‑book of business.
• Far off – preferred Japanese / Central time zones.
• Group Medicare gain account management experience (preferred).
• Bachelor degree from an authorised college or equal paintings experience is needed.
