Role DescriptionThe Sales Agent - Commission Based Oman role is a full-time remote position responsible for driving sales and building a strong customer base in the Oman market. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and contacting prospective customers, presenting Klekktic products, and following up on leads to close sales while working on a commission-based structure. The Sales Agent will manage customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
This role also involves maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales, collaborating with internal teams for updates and training, and continuously seeking opportunities to grow market presence.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, handle inquiries, and build lasting relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Candidates should possess experience or familiarity with Insurance or similar commission-based environments where performance drives earnings.
- Candidates should possess the ability to conduct and participate in Training, including learning product details and sharing knowledge with customers or partners.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include fluency in English and local languages, proven remote work discipline, basic CRM or sales tracking experience, and prior work in consumer products or home-focused brands.
