Senior Sales Trainer & Performance Lead - Remote

I am recruiting for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Sales Trainer & Performance Lead to play a key role in developing and enhancing the performance of an established international sales function. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both training and hands-on selling, acting as a true player-coach who can inspire, develop and support sales professionals while maintaining credibility through direct customer engagement.

The successful candidate will lead onboarding programmes, deliver ongoing training initiatives, drive sales best practice, and help shape performance management and KPI frameworks across a multi-national sales team.

This position will support a sales population of more than 50 employees across multiple international markets, delivering both onboarding and continuous development programmes for new and existing sales professionals. The role combines training delivery, coaching, sales process improvement, KPI development and active participation in sales activities.
