Founding Sales Enablement Lead

Build the sales enablement function from the ground up at a Series B AI company serving the accounting industry. You will partner with sales leadership and teams across Rev Ops, marketing, and product to help sellers ramp quickly and communicate a technical, evolving product effectively.

• Design and own onboarding and ramp programs for new sales representatives.
• Develop sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, and objection-handling resources for the full sales cycle.
• Create and maintain training materials, certifications, and a content library that keeps sellers current on product and buyer needs.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, Rev Ops, marketing, and product to align enablement with business priorities.
• Measure and improve enablement outcomes using ramp time, win rates, and sales productivity metrics.

• Four to ten years of dedicated sales or revenue enablement experience at a B2B SaaS startup.
• Experience managing a team and building and scaling an enablement program, including onboarding and ramp programs with measurable outcomes.
• Prior startup and leadership experience, with direct enablement experience rather than experience solely in a large technology company.
• Background as an account executive, business development or sales development representative, in Rev Ops, or in a related role; experience supporting sellers to accounting, finance, or CFO-office buyers is relevant.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, sales enablement platforms, and conversation intelligence tools.

Annual salary range: $150,000 to $190,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is not available.
