What You'll DoConnect with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and goals

Educate clients on available life insurance and protection products

Conduct virtual and phone-based client appointments, with a focus on meeting weekly and monthly contact and appointment targets

Guide clients through the application process, aiming for consistent application accuracy and completion rates

Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and existing clients to support conversion and retention goals

Track and maintain organized records of client interactions and sales activity

Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings to support ongoing skill development

Work toward individual sales targets and production milestones as part of a performance-driven role
