Our values of innovation, transparency, collaboration, accountability and integrity are part of everything we do at  the Technical Solutions Lead role, you are responsible for maintaining and strengthening high-priority client accounts, developing strategic plans for clients, driving business growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts, and leading technical deliverables for client needs.

* ** Technical Client Deliverables:
** Lead the technical design, implementation, and optimization of client digital ecosystems.
* ** Translate Business Requirements:
** Make scalable technical solutions, including CRM architecture, systems integration, APIs, data architecture and flows, automation, website infrastructure, analytics and reporting, AI-enabled tools, and cross-platform workflows.
* ** Identify Technical Opportunities:
** Optimize technical needs to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, efficient, and aligned with broader business strategy.
* ** Client Relationship Management**:
Manage high-priority accounts with focus on long-term strategic relationships and enterprise account development. Proactively identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to achieve 20% annual account growth.
* ** Account Growth**:
Upselling, cross-selling, and increasing contract renewals for overall account growth.
* ** Strategic Account Planning:
** Lead the develop comprehensive growth strategies for assigned client portfolio, positioning Tapp as a strategic growth partner rather than just a service provider.
* ** Communication**:
Acting as the main point of contact for clients, communicating with them regularly and keeping them informed about relevant updates and developments.
* ** Process Innovation**:
Contribute to development and implementation of account management processes and methodologies.## Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in technical client deliverables, business requirements, and solving technical problems.
* 5+ years of experience in sales, customer service, marketing and/or account management.
* Experience using Click Up, Hub Spot, and AI tools.
* Proven ability to drive revenue, forecast sales, manage pipelines, and develop strategic account plans.
* Ability to foster strong client rapport and long-term partnerships.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work on a team.
