** production-focused role built around inbound opportunities and referral flow**, ideal for someone who enjoys evaluating options, making recommendations, and helping clients move confidently toward a clear decision.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys
** sales conversations and closing business**, rather than primarily handling ongoing service requests.## Schedule & Work Location Hybrid role after training2 – 3 days in-office (Baldwinsville, NY)2 – 3 work-from-home days per week Training: 6 – 8 weeks onsite, 5 days per week with structured support

Full-time, Monday – Friday No nights, no weekends## Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities This role covers three core areas — bringing in new business, keeping existing clients well-served, and staying organized while doing both.### New Business Sales
1. Respond to inbound leads and referral opportunities
2. Conduct coverage reviews and needs assessments
3. Quote and compare options across multiple carriers
4. Present coverage recommendations clearly and confidently
5. Guide clients toward a decision and close business
6. Follow up consistently to move opportunities forward### Retention & Coverage Reviews
1. Review policies when appropriate to ensure coverage remains aligned
2. Reposition coverage when rates change or policies need adjustment
3. Address objections calmly and professionally
4. Keep conversations focused on solutions and next steps### Systems & Documentation
1. Maintain accurate documentation in Hawk Soft (AMS) and Hub Spot (CRM)2. Follow established sales workflows and processes
3. Keep pipeline activity organized and current

* Active
** New York Property & Casualty license** (personal lines required)
* Minimum 4 years of personal lines insurance sales experience; small commercial exposure is a plus
* Strong personal lines experience; small commercial exposure is a plus
* Ability to quote, explain coverage, and confidently ask for the business
* Comfort making recommendations and handling objections or pushback
* Ability to make decisions without perfect information
* Clear, professional communication style across phone, email, and video
* Strong follow-through, organization, and a team-first mindset
* Comfort using agency systems, CRM platforms, and MS Office
* Quiet home workspace and reliable high-speed internet for remote days### Compensation & Benefits
