Blockworks is hiring two BDRs to start our outbound team. The role is outbound, selling data and software to fintechs, exchanges, banks, enterprises, and crypto-focused tech firms. You will identify the right contact at target companies and arrange calls with our sellers.
We are scaling fast and building new systems as we go. You’ll be measured on qualified meetings with uncapped variable pay. Base salary ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 with an OTE of $90,000 to $110,000, depending on experience.
