Account Executive

A PE-backed B2B SaaS business with 20–30% year-over-year revenue growth since 2017, established offices worldwide, and customer retention above 95%. It's building its US presence and this role leads new business on the East Coast.

You'll own a defined set of target prospect accounts across the US East Coast: companies already identified as needing what the business sells. Your job is to turn them into customers.

You'll build and run the go-to-market plan for your accounts, working with marketing, account management, customer success and product. You'll get into decision makers who have a real problem, open the strategic conversation, and lay out the value proposition. Then you'll guide your champion from ROI and business case, through trial or proof of concept, to executive sign-off. You'll negotiate pricing and multi-year contracts yourself, then hand each new customer over to account management.

You'll report directly to the CRO and feed what you hear in the market back into the business.

• 5+ years in new‑logo SaaS sales, selling into US enterprise or mid‑market accounts, ideally on the East Coast
• A track record of closing complex deals through business case, proof of concept and executive approval
• A Challenger or solution selling approach
• Experience negotiating multi‑year contracts
• A bachelor’s degree in a technical, business or legal field
• A self‑starter with an appetite for experimenting and building a territory from the ground up
