Remote Senior Sales Development Representative

In this critical role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating contact with prospects, and nurturing relationships to generate high-quality sales opportunities. As a Senior SDR, you will also play a key part in mentoring junior team members and contributing to the refinement of our outbound sales strategies.

• Proactively identify and research potential new business opportunities through various channels, including online research, networking, and social selling.
• Initiate outbound contact with prospective clients via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce Our client's products/services and assess their needs.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business challenges and identify potential alignment with Our client's offerings.
• Effectively articulate the value proposition and benefits of Our client's solutions.
• Schedule qualified meetings and demonstrations for the Account Executive team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on lead generation strategies and campaigns.
• Mentor and guide junior Sales Development Representatives, sharing best practices and contributing to team development.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and meetings booked.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Development or Business Development role, preferably within the technology or SaaS sector.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets in lead generation and appointment setting.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies and prospecting techniques.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and sales engagement tools.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and disciplined to excel in a remote work environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
• Experience in mentoring or coaching junior sales team members is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
