Senior Account Manager

Achieve profitable sales growth by developing new business opportunities and expanding existing strategic regional accounts within the alcohol beverage segment. Manage customer relationships across multiple stakeholders and buying locations to drive long-term partnerships Lead pricing discussions, quote management, and commercial negotiations to maximize business value. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and opportunity tracking through Salesforce and internal systems. Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Commercial Support teams to deliver customer solutions.

Organize customer meetings, workshops, and presentations while ensuring timely communication on project progress. Drive proactive innovation initiatives and product promotion activities aligned with market trends and customer needs. Serve as the primary customer contact for delivery timelines, specifications, quality, and regulatory matters. Represent IFF at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagement activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food & Nutrition, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in flavors, food ingredients, food manufacturing, or a related industry.
• Experience supporting beverage customers, preferably within the alcohol beverage category.
• Proven success developing strategic accounts and delivering growth against business objectives.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and pricing negotiations.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including owners and senior executives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce CRM.
• Self-motivated, action-oriented, and comfortable operating in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment.

• Established network and industry connections within the alcohol beverage market.
• Experience working in the flavors industry and bringing innovative beverage concepts to market.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and successfully lead complex customer projects.
