Remote Dental Staffing Sales Representative – Commission Only

Desort is a recruitment and staffing firm helping dental practices nationwide hire qualified professionals. We are looking for a motivated sales hunter who can generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, and Linked In prospecting.

Important:
This is a 100% commission-only opportunity. There is no base salary, hourly pay, or guaranteed compensation. Earnings depend entirely on the business you generate.

• Make consistent, high-volume outbound calls to dental practices.
• Contact practice owners, office managers, and hiring decision-makers.
• Identify hiring needs and introduce Desort's recruitment services.
• Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into new clients.
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline.

• Experience in cold calling, B2B sales, business development, or staffing sales.
• Comfortable making calls, handling rejection, and following up persistently.
• Confident communicating with business owners and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven.
• Willing to work entirely on commission with no guaranteed income.

Recruitment sales experience is preferred. Dental industry experience and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
