Vardian helps organizations across oil and gas, manufacturing, chemicals, energy and utilities, mining, food and beverage, and facility management digitize their frontline operations. As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the first conversation many of those organizations have with Vardian, understanding their challenges and showing them how the platform can help.

• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close
• Run discovery conversations to understand prospects’ operational challenges
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to each prospect
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Collaborate with product and customer success to ensure smooth handoffs
• Keep CRM records accurate and forecasts reliable

• 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally with a technical or operations product
• A track record of meeting or exceeding quota
• Excellent communication and discovery skills
• Comfortable selling to operations, maintenance, and quality leaders
• Self-motivated and organized in a remote-first environment

• Experience selling into manufacturing, energy, or facility management
• Familiarity with connected worker, CMMS, EHS, or quality management software
• Experience with modern sales tooling and CRM workflows
