Remote Industrial Sales Manager

We are seeking a Remote Industrial Sales Manager to drive business expansion throughout North America for our client, an international leader in energy and thermal control systems. This role allows for full remote work within the US, providing the opportunity to influence automation strategies in various sectors such as HVACR, food & beverage, transportation, and green energy. Assistance with relocation or remote work is available for eligible candidates.

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating new business prospects and nurturing key customer relationships in the industrial automation industry. You will collaborate with diverse teams to promote cutting-edge automation technologies including PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and motor control systems, while delivering tailored solutions that satisfy technical and financial goals.

Duties Develop and implement sales tactics to expand industrial and automation product lines.

Identify and connect with new customer sectors, establishing enduring partnerships.

Act as the main point of contact for key accounts and collaborate with engineering and product teams.

Forecast sales trends and uphold precise CRM documentation.

Achieve annual sales growth and broaden business in specified markets.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; BSEE preferred.

Background in sales of automation components (VFD, PLC, HMI, servo systems, or motors).Demonstrated success in cultivating strategic accounts and overseeing intricate sales cycles.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.

Thorough technical knowledge of industrial automation solutions.

Willingness to travel up to 50% (domestic and international).Additional Information Salary: $120,000–$205,000 base (includes 35–45% bonus)401(k) matching up to 10% with comprehensive benefits
