Preferred Qualifications ...
Experience in retail media, ecommerce, or omnichannel advertising environments  
Strong understanding of advertising technology, measurement frameworks, and attribution models  
Experience leading joint business planning (JBP/JVBP) with large enterprise advertisers  
Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead complex negotiations  
Experience driving strategic initiatives across matrixed organizations  
Strong storytelling and presentation skills, including experience leading C-suite engagements  
Recognized expertise in developing consultative sales strategies and complex advertiser solutions
