We're hiring an outbound sales executive to bring on roofing, window and door, and pool contractors across Florida.

• Prospect and close roofing, window and door, and pool contractors, from owner-operators to multi-location companies
• Run your own pipeline: outbound calls, email, Linked In, trade shows, and in-person visits
• Use your existing relationships in the trades to open doors quickly
• Demo our virtual inspection and permitting platform and show contractors the time and money they're losing
• Hand off closed accounts to our operations team, then grow them over time
• Work directly with the owners of the company, with no layers of management between you and decisions

• Required:
  
  experience selling to roofing, window and door, or pool contractors
• Strongly preferred: experience at a vendor to those trades (manufacturer, distributor, supplier, software, or financing)
• A track record of outbound new-business sales, not just account management
• Comfortable on the phone, in a contractor's office, and on a job site
• Self-directed. You'll own your territory and your number.
• Knowledge of the Florida permitting process is a plus but not required. We'll teach you.

• $120,000 base salary
• 5% commission on first-year revenue from accounts you bring in, on every dollar above $130,000 in new sales
• 2% residual commission on your accounts for as long as they stay active, so the book you build keeps paying you year after year
• Uncapped. No ceiling on what you can earn.
• What that looks like: bring in $1M in first-year revenue and you earn about $163,500 in year one. If those accounts stay active, they pay you roughly $20,000 a year in residuals on top of your base and new commissions.
