Appointment Setter — Remote; Bilingual English​/Spanish

Invictus Institute of Barbering is a licensed, modern, and innovative barber school located in Coconut Creek, Florida, training students to become licensed barbers in 90 days. We are currently looking for a bilingual Appointment Setter to join our small, close team and act as the first point of contact for prospective students.

In this role, you will be responsible for calling new leads quickly, engaging via text and Whats App, booking campus tours, confirming appointments, and following up with missed tours. You will spend about five hours a day talking to people over the phone, logging every interaction in our CRM, and reporting your numbers daily while following a structured Monday to Friday schedule from 9:45 am to 5:45 pm Eastern Time.

We are seeking a disciplined, goal-oriented professional with at least 2 years of experience as an appointment setter, SDR, or in phone sales. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, capable of working independently with minimal supervision, and comfortable being measured on concrete results. Experience with Go High Level CRM or working in education and B2C sales is considered a strong plus.
