Marine Territory Sales Manager- Northeast U.S

Position Overview

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving growth and expanding our presence across the docks, boat lifts, and waterfront accessories market within an assigned territory.
Representing the leading portfolio of premium waterfront products and trusted brands
, this role owns the growth and development of a dealer network—building strategic partnerships, winning new business, expanding market share, and creating new opportunities across the territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and achieve territory financial objectives by expanding product penetration, securing new dealers, and helping existing dealers grow.
• Expand dealer channels by prospecting the territory to recruit, select, onboard, and train new dealers.
• Execute cross-selling strategies across the full Waterfront Brands portfolio, educating dealer partners and serve as a trusted, value-added partner.
• Build strong, multi-level relationships across territory partners to strengthen engagement, alignment, visibility, and execution across all touchpoints.
• Represent Waterfront Brands at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to strengthen relationships, develop new opportunities, and elevate brand presence.
• Provide excellent customer service and dealer support, serving as a key point of contact and escalation for territory-related needs and partnering internally to ensure timely resolution and positive customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales to support joint initiatives, drive strategic alignment, and accelerate growth and new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy, market positioning, and future growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and engineering teams, providing direct customer and market feedback to support company objectives, product development, and innovation.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline updates, and performance reporting to support sales planning and executive leadership visibility.
