Regional Sales Manager

Their platform supports hundreds of employer wellness initiatives nationwide and is trusted by organizations looking to drive healthier, more engaged populations.

As they continue to grow, they’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive new business across the employer market, securing net-new logos and building relationships with mid-market and enterprise organizations.

• Drive net-new business development across employer groups and benefits buyers
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities from prospecting through close
• Develop relationships with HR, Benefits, and People leaders across target accounts
• Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver consultative sales processes and strong client outcomes
• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and sales targets

• 7+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within digital health, wellness, or employee benefits
• Track record of closing new business and generating net-new revenue
• Experience selling to HR, Benefits, or employer stakeholders
• Strong consultative sales approach with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and maintaining accurate forecasts
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment

• 150k-170k base salary + uncapped commission
