About the Role- Generate leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable products and services.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide follow-up as needed.
- Offer exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, claims, and billing.

- Previous experience with State Farm is a must for remote roles; in-house opportunities are available for those without State Farm experience.
- Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are preferred.
- Insurance sales experience is highly valued, including both outside and inside sales roles, retail sales, or telemarketing.
- A proven track record of achieving sales goals and quotas.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—as well as excellent listening abilities.
- Self‑motivated and driven to succeed in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to multi‑task effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Strong ability to connect with and relate to customers.
