Sales Development Representative

Drive B2B lead generation while contributing real‑world sales expertise that helps improve next‑generation AI systems. This remote contract opportunity is suited to experienced sales development professionals who excel at consultative outreach, cold calling, high‑volume prospecting, and technology‑enabled outbound strategy.

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, and social channels to develop B2B lead pipelines.
• Research, identify, and qualify opportunities across target markets and industry verticals.
• Lead consultative prospect conversations, communicate value propositions, and address objections.
• Accurately record prospect interactions and pipeline activity in CRM systems.
• Work with project coordinators and client stakeholders to align messaging and improve outreach methods.
• Provide feedback informed by real‑world interactions and sales best practices to support AI training data.
• Evaluate outreach results and recommend continuous improvements.

• At least 5 years of recent hands‑on B2B sales development experience, including successful outbound prospecting.
• Strong experience with cold calling, lead qualification, and consultative selling in complex sales cycles.
• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management and activity tracking.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, professionalism, and clarity.
• Ability to tailor messaging to varied industries and customer personas.
• Strong analytical and feedback skills to support data‑driven AI training.
• Experience with technology‑driven sales engagements or AI‑related projects is a plus.

No prior AI experience is required. Sales domain expertise is the core requirement.

$30 to $42 per hour.
