We are building a small founding sales team and looking for motivated people who believe good sales can be about more than hitting a number. We want people who can connect with decision‑makers, build genuine relationships, and help recovery organizations discover a tool that could support the people they serve.

As a Remote Commission‑Only Sales Representative, you will introduce our $299 Founding Partnership Pilot to recovery organizations, treatment programs, sober‑living programs, outpatient providers, and other programs serving people in recovery.

This is a results‑driven opportunity, but we are not looking for people who only care about collecting a commission.

We want people who can say:

• Connect with decision‑makers by phone, email, and occasional virtual meetings
• Clearly explain Next Sober Hour and the $299 Founding Partnership Pilot
• Ask simple questions to determine whether the pilot is a good fit for the organization
• Follow up with interested prospects and keep conversations moving toward a decision
• Handle common questions and objections using the scripts and training provided
• Keep simple notes on calls, follow‑ups, interested leads, and completed sales
• Work toward sales goals while representing Next Sober Hour with professionalism, empathy, confidence, and integrity

We provide training, scripts, email templates, marketing materials, and lead support so you can focus on conversations, relationships, and closing sales.

Next Sober Hour is built around empathy, but our sales team also needs grit.

We want people who can listen with compassion while still confidently moving a conversation forward. You should be able to hear “no,” “not right now,” or “send me some information” without becoming discouraged or disappearing.

We are looking for someone who is:
