We help property owners, managers, and businesses keep their properties clean, safe, and professional-looking through pressure washing and exterior-maintenance services. We are now expanding our focus on year-round recurring service subscriptions for clients who want consistent property upkeep without having to remember to schedule service each time.

Our subscription plans are designed for customers who want ongoing exterior maintenance, including regularly scheduled cleaning based on their properties' needs. This creates a strong opportunity for a lead generation specialist to build long-term customer relationships and bring in prospects who value dependable, repeat service—not just one-time cleaning jobs.

We are looking for a motivated Remote Lead Generation Specialist who can create real business opportunities for Rinse It Off .

This is not simply an appointment-setting role. Your job is to make outbound calls, start professional conversations, identify legitimate exterior-maintenance needs, speak with decision-makers or authorized property contacts, and generate qualified estimate opportunities for our team.

You will help introduce prospects to the value of a recurring Rinse It Off  service plan: consistent property appearance, less maintenance planning for the customer, and dependable professional cleaning throughout the year.

Compensation

This is a remote, commission-only independent contractor opportunity
. There is no hourly wage or base salary.

You are paid when business generated from your qualified leads closes and Rinse It Off  receives payment from the customer. Specific commission terms, lead-tracking rules, and payment timing will be discussed before work begins.

This opportunity is best for someone who is comfortable with outbound calling, performance-based compensation, and being rewarded for generating leads that turn into real, long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage prospects and represent the company professionally.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead qualification, objection handling, and closing introductory appointments.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as the ability to learn service offerings quickly and communicate them clearly to potential clients.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with Microsoft Excel for organizing lead data, tracking outreach activities, and reporting results.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in B2B lead generation or field sales, familiarity with commercial property or facilities management industries, strong organizational and time management abilities, and a results-oriented approach to achieving performance targets.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
