We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven New Business Manager (m/f/d) to join our Automotive Refinish team in Switzerland
.

This is a remote-based role in Switzerland
, ideally located near the Ecublens region, with regular travel across the assigned territory.

Reporting directly to the Automotive Refinish Director
, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, strengthening customer partnerships, and supporting the continued growth of our innovative product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

As a trusted partner to our customers, you will:

• Drive business growth by identifying, developing, and winning new customers within your territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular visits and proactive account management
• Manage your territory independently, planning customer visits and sales activities to maximize opportunities
• Take ownership of sales targets and deliver sustainable business growth
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
• Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring effective follow-up and conversion of opportunities
• Prepare and present business plans, budgets, and project updates to internal stakeholders
• Provide customers with technical guidance and product expertise directly on-site
• Coordinate technical support activities and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Introduce innovative products and solutions that help customers grow their business

Profile:

You bring a combination of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and a passion for customer success:

• Background as an Industrial Painter, Automotive Painter, Body Repair Technician, or a comparable technical qualification
• Proven sales experience within industrial coatings, automotive refinish, or commercial vehicle sectors
• Strong technical understanding of coating products, paint systems, and automotive industry applications
• Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence decisions, and create long-term customer partnerships
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to achieve ambitious goals
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
• Fluent in French;
  English and German language skills are an advantage
