Event Booking Specialist (Part-Time)

We need a confident, persistent go-getter to book health fairs, screenings, lunch-and-learns, and business partnerships for our Wellness Center.

What You'll Do

• Find businesses and groups to host events, then cold call and email to book them
• Build relationships with community members and referral partners (Face to Face)
• Book multiple external events per week and keep the pipeline full
• Follow up with office leads and referrals
• Confirm event details with hosts and keep the team calendar up to date
• Track calls, leads, and bookings in our software and report weekly
• Thank hosts after events and invite them to rebook
• Keep close contact with with Community Event Representatives
• Attend a few events per month (in person)

What You Bring

• Comfort with cold calling and talking to business owners/management
• Persistence and professionalism, even after a "no"
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Comfort with email, calendars, and tracking software
• Sales, appointment setting, or outreach experience is a plus

Schedule

• 10-12 flexible hours per week
• Starts in-office for training
• Partial remote work available once trained and meeting booking goals
• Some flexibility may be required to contact business owners and event organizers during appropriate business hours.
