As a Business Strategy Consultant, you'll follow an established process to:

Generate and manage interest in our leadership and personal development programs using established digital strategies

Connect with prospective clients and conduct brief introductory conversations

Understand individual goals, priorities, and professional aspirations

Share relevant program information and guide interested individuals through an established evaluation process

Build meaningful relationships through thoughtful communication and follow-up

Apply your professional judgment and strategic thinking while managing your own activities and results

Comprehensive training is provided in the areas of marketing and business development. No local networking or cold calling is required.

This is an independent, self-employed, performance-based opportunity, not a traditional salaried or hourly position. Compensation is commission-based, with no guaranteed income. Participants are responsible for applicable business expenses, including a required ongoing tool subscription.

8+ years of professional experience

Background in business strategy, leadership, consulting, business development, account management, marketing, operations, or a related field

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Confidence engaging with professionals from diverse backgrounds

Ability to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and understand individual needs

Self-directed approach, with the discipline to manage your schedule and follow through

Openness to learning established systems and applying new strategies

Genuine interest in leadership, personal development, and continuous growth

Prior experience in the personal development industry is not required.
