Base Salary ($45,000 – $60,000) + Uncapped Commission (Target OTE: $100,000 – $250,000+ per year)

We are a premier firm specializing in physical precious metals, bullion, and rare numismatic gold and silver coins. We provide our team with high-intent leads, proven sales frameworks, and continuous product training to help you build and manage your own profitable book of business.

We are seeking a driven, high-energy Telephone Sales Representative with a minimum of 2 years of outbound or inside phone sales experience. In this role, you will manage a high-volume outbound pipeline, consult clients on wealth protection and collectible acquisitions, and close high-ticket transactions over the phone.

• Conduct high-volume outbound calling to prospective and existing clients daily.
• Build rapport quickly, handle objections effectively, and guide prospects from initial pitch to close.
• Educate clients on rare numismatic coins, gold/silver bullion, and precious metals portfolios.
• Hit daily and weekly activity, call volume, and production goals.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and pipeline notes inside our CRM.
• Manage your personal book of business and execute consistent follow-ups.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2+ years of proven phone sales, outbound sales, or high-ticket sales experience (precious metals, insurance, financial services).
• Track Record: A documented closing record and high tolerance for a fast-paced outbound sales floor.
