Join the Travel + Leisure team as a Part-Time Vacation Sales Agent and turn your outgoing personality into an exciting sales opportunity. In this face-to-face sales role, you'll engage with travelers and vacationers at events, attractions, and marketing locations while promoting vacation experiences and booking preview tours.

This is a field-based, customer-facing sales position that requires frequent travel. This is not a remote or work-from-home role.

At this time, we are only considering candidates who reside within 30 miles of the Airport. Team members frequently travel by air and must be available for assignments that typically run Friday through Sunday or Thursday through Monday, depending on business needs and flight availability.

Compensation Pay: $15.00 per hour plus commission opportunities.

Job Summary The Agent, Vacation Sales Travel Team, works with popular local attractions such as ports, malls or theme parks and attends events such as trade shows, festivals, and conferences to connect with the public as a brand ambassador for Sport Illustrated Resorts . In this sales-based role, engages in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers and share information about the vacation club experience.

Invites and incentivize guests to attend award-winning vacation ownership presentations.

Essential

Job Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to purchase a mini vacation package that includes a timeshare presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals (95% time)
Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, keep current and updated on marketing information and materials, keep current on industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually. (5%)Travel Requirements
100% travel required outside of the home site’s area, including weekends, holidays, and overnight travel as business needs dictate.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications Education High  School Diploma or equivalent is required

Knowledge and Skills Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.

Job Experience1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
