* Drive growth at the intersection of cold chain technology, compliance, and customer success. As an Account Executive with Copeland Cold Chain - Monitoring Solutions, you'll lead the expansion of our fixed monitoring solutions business across Industrial and Retail Pharmacy markets, building new strategic accounts and distribution partnerships while leveraging the strength of the Copeland brand. Representing industry-leading solutions from Cooper Atkins, Temp Trak, and Dickson, you'll help customers protect critical products, maintain compliance, and gain confidence through reliable temperature monitoring.

Industrial markets may include food processing, manufacturing, aerospace, and other markets where temperature monitoring is required.

** AS AN ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, YOU WILL:*
* + Achieve annual sales goal, margin, and growth objectives for the assigned territory.

+ Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the Industrial and Retail Pharmacy channels.

+ Develop relationships across multiple levels of key customer organizations.

+ Fully understanding Cooper Atkins, Dickson, and Temp Trak products and strategic plans so customer opportunities can be matched to product offerings.

+ Selling solutions and SaaS offerings to customers, as well as hardware products.

+ Evaluate market conditions, competitive intelligence, industry knowledge, and effectively communicate this information internally.

+ Prospect as necessary to develop the business and achieve targets, estimated at 80% of activity.

+ Build a qualified sales pipeline capable of delivering established growth plans. Appropriately track opportunities in Salesforce and interface with other internal Copeland partners including other sales teams, product management, engineering, legal, and operations.

+ Attend industry trade shows and represent Copeland at industry events.

** REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, &

SKILLS:

* + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

+ 10+ year sales experience in B2B sales.

+ Demonstrated experience developing new accounts and building a territory or market.

+ Willingness to travel 50% but could require more than that as needed.

SKILLS:

* + Prior experience selling technical solutions and SaaS products

+ Prior experience selling to corporate retail pharmacy.

+ Prior experience with environmental monitoring systems.
