Job Description  As Front-end Sales Manager, you are a commercially driven, entrepreneur who will accelerate our growth in the Oil, Gas, Chemical and Power sector You will work closely with the Global Sales Engineering Team and with engineers from the various international entities. You will be responsible for managing and growing existing (key) accounts, as well as acquiring new accounts in the Benelux region You will report on an ongoing basis via the CRM system regarding the progress of current projects and client visits.

In this role, you will report to the Head of VM OGPEC. You will work flexibly within your region, You will be home based or at one of our locations within Netherlands or Belgium
Your Responsibilities:
Drive, own and generate sales within a wide range of Transportation, Heavy & Light Industry
Collaborate with the relevant FES and Solution Support functions to strengthen Kelvion’s brand as a leading solutions provider.
Give input on market price developments.
Contribute to strategic growth plans, identifying new market opportunities and high-value customers.
Provide actual and punctual updates in CRM engagements funnel management and forecasting..
You work closely with the Head of vertical markets and you will be part of the front-end sales team in the Benelux

Your Profile:

You have 8+ years’ experience in B2B technical sales, preferably within Industry, transportation or heat exchanger field
You have strong commercial instinct, combined with a good technical understanding and the ability to translate customer needs into business opportunities
You are target-driven and used to working under pressure
Ability to navigate complex projects, understand the interests of multiple stakeholders and decision-makers, and bring the right people together to successfully convert opportunities into orders
A proven track record of delivering growth and closing major projects worth over €100,000
You combine a hands-on approach with an entrepreneurial spirit
You are team-oriented and can identify areas for improvement as well as propose
solutions
You are willing to travel, mainly within the Benelux
You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
Experience in the heat exchanger industry is an advantage
