B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, Business Development
As a Senior Account Executive (all genders), you will own your territory and build new business across Switzerland, selling consolidation and planning, disclosure management (including ESG reporting), and banking and cash management solutions to upper-mid-market companies. This is transactional, high-velocity B2B SaaS sales with deal cycles of around three months, not long enterprise sales cycles. You manage the full sales cycle, from identifying and developing new opportunities through to closing the deal, and take full accountability for your commercial results.
You will join our DACH New Business team of 10 Account Executives, a fast-growing team still shaping its playbook, giving you real latitude to influence how we prospect, structure deals, and go to market in Switzerland. This role offers entrepreneurial ownership of your territory, backed by the stability of an established market leader. We look for people who keep growing, take real ownership, and lift the people around them.
you'll do
- Identify, develop, and close new business across your Swiss territory through targeted outreach and prospecting.
- Build and execute your own pipeline strategy, deciding where to focus and how to engage.
- Run high-impact prospecting activities and shape go-to-market moves that drive your pipeline.
- Design tailored solution concepts that address each prospect’s specific business challenges.
- Structure and negotiate deals with C-level stakeholders within defined commercial guardrails.
- Manage the full sales process from first contact to signed contract, and deliver against targets.
- Partner with our sales engineering team to give customers comprehensive technical guidance.
- A proven track record in B2B SaaS, software, or IT solution sales, with deep understanding of CFO-office software sales cycles and a track record of closing complex deals in upper-mid-market accounts.
- A business-owner mentality: you take initiative, hold yourself accountable, and don’t wait for direction.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, particularly with C-level decision-makers.
- Fluent German and business-level English.
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland and the wider DACH region as needed.
- A history of consistently exceeding pipeline and revenue targets, shaping deal strategy beyond your own accounts and raising the commercial capability of the peers around you.
- Experience in the finance, tax, or accounting industry, ideally with a professional network in SaaS, finance, or compliance across Switzerland.
- French language skills.
- Flexible and hybrid working: our Lucaflex model lets you plan your working hours and location according to your needs and professional responsibilities.
- Remote work from another country: work up to 90 days a year outside your home country, supported by our partner Workflex.

- Structured development process: quarterly catch-ups with your manager, built on clear expectations for impact, competence, and influence.
- Paid volunteer days: take the time to volunteer, alone or with your team, for causes you care about.
- Health and wellbeing support: access company wellbeing programs, sport subsidies, and mental health support through external partners.
- Paid vacation days: take 28 days a year to rest, travel, and recharge.
