This isn't a job for someone who waits for leads. There are no inbound leads and no SDRs. You own a territory, you open the doors, and you close the deals.

• Own a territory end to end: prospect, pitch, pilot, negotiate and close

• Sell to the owners, CEOs and revenue leaders of property managers

• Build business cases that show them how to get more revenue for less than they spend today

• Work the events that matter in your region and become a name people know

• Bring what you hear from customers straight back to our product team, so Adapt keeps getting better

• Have sold revenue management, pricing or property management software to short-term rental property managers

• Or have worked inside as a property manager in revenue, pricing or operations, and know exactly what keeps them up at night

• Already have relationships in your market that you can turn into conversations in your first month

• Love outbound, and are happiest in front of a customer

• Want to be early on something that's growing fast

• Are happy on the road, travelling regularly across your territory to meet customers

• A strong base plus commission set for where you're based

• A product customers are pushing for, and the backing of a company that's all in on winning

• Work at the intersection of data, technology, and travel in a high-growth company.

• Build something from scratch. You'll be the founding Adapt seller in your region, with no playbook to inherit. You write it.
