We are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Junior Account Executive who wants to build a career in technology sales while helping grow our business.

This is an opportunity to learn a specialized technology market, develop professional sales skills and work directly with experienced company leadership.

This remote independent-contractor opportunity is available to individuals whose principal place of business or residence is in Florida, Georgia or New Hampshire

The Opportunity

The Junior Account Executive will focus primarily on developing new sales opportunities through prospecting, outreach and relationship building.

A large portion of the role involves identifying organizations that may benefit from 911 Secure's solutions, contacting prospective customers and developing those relationships into qualified sales opportunities.

Candidates do not need previous experience in E911, telecommunications, public safety or technology sales. 911 Secure will provide product training, sales resources and guidance to help the contractor understand our solutions, target markets and sales process.

This role is well suited for someone who is motivated, organized, comfortable communicating with people and interested in developing a career in business-to-business technology sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective customers across education, healthcare, government, hospitality, enterprise and other markets.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through telephone, email, Linked In, networking, referrals and other business-development methods.
• Introduce prospective customers to 911 Secure and identify potential interest in our products and services.
• Develop professional relationships with prospective customers, channel partners, resellers, consultants and technology partners.
• Identify customer needs, decision-makers, purchasing processes and potential sales opportunities.
• Participate in virtual customer meetings, product demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Learn to communicate the business, operational, safety and compliance benefits of 911 Secure's solutions.
• Prepare and coordinate follow-up communications, proposals, quotes and other sales-related materials.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, sales activities, opportunities and required follow-up.
• Consistently follow up with prospective customers and business partners.
• Work with 911 Secure leadership and technical personnel when additional product or technical expertise is needed.
• Follow up on qualified leads generated through trade shows, conferences, partners, referrals and company activities.
• Attend selected conferences, trade shows, partner meetings and customer events.
• Develop an understanding of 911 Secure's products, competitors, target industries and the emergency-communications market.
