We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage a portfolio of accommodation partners and help them maximize their business performance on our platform.

In this role, you will act as a trusted business advisor, providing data-driven commercial recommendations, identifying market opportunities, and developing partnership strategies to drive sustainable growth. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner properties, understand local market dynamics, and collaborate with internal teams to improve partner performance.

• Manage relationships with accommodation partners at property or local group level, maintaining regular contact through in-person market visits and performance calls.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners on commercial and operational matters.
• Analyze partner performance using internal analytical tools and provide data-driven recommendations to improve business results.
• Advise partners on market opportunities, industry trends, revenue management, pricing, and availability optimization.
• Identify opportunities to grow partnerships and improve partner performance on the platform.
• Influence partner stakeholders to adopt relevant products and services that support their business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, general managers, revenue managers, and other decision-makers.
• Collaborate with connectivity providers, local offices, central teams, Account Executives, and Senior Account Managers to deliver partnership objectives.
• Share feedback with internal stakeholders to support improvements to products, services, and business tools.
• Take ownership of key market topics, such as property selection and pricing, and contribute to the overall success of the local team.

Location:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in account management, partner management, commercial consulting, or a related field.
• Experience managing business relationships and advising clients on performance improvement.
• Good understanding of revenue management and commercial performance optimization.
• Experience or a strong interest in e-commerce, online marketplaces, hospitality, or the travel industry.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Fluent English and fluency in the primary language of the target market.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
