The Hand Stand Shop is seeking motivated sales professionals to introduce businesses and organizations to The Hand Stand, our freestanding hygiene tower, along with dispensers, refills, and accessories.
We’re building a brand around thoughtful design, organized hygiene supplies, and professional presentation. We’re looking for people who can bring that vision into conversations with decision-makers and turn interest into business.
The opportunity
You’ll help grow an emerging business by identifying prospects, developing relationships, and closing sales. Potential customers include healthcare facilities, schools, restaurants, hotels, offices, fitness centers, places of worship, and other organizations that serve employees, customers, and visitors.
This opportunity is suited to resourceful salespeople who are comfortable generating their own leads, managing follow-up, and earning compensation based on completed sales.
What you’ll do

• Identify and pursue prospective customers in relevant markets.
• Connect with owners, purchasing teams, facility managers, and other decision-makers.
• Present our towers, dispensers, refills, and accessories using accurate, approved product information.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate product options.
• Manage the sales process from initial outreach through purchase.
• Maintain organized records of leads, conversations, and opportunities.
• Coordinate with The Hand Stand Shop on quotes, product availability, and order details.
• Build customer relationships that encourage repeat purchases and referrals.

What you bring

• Experience in sales, business development, prospecting, or lead generation.
• Confidence initiating conversations through email, phone, professional networking, or direct outreach.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Consistent follow-through and the ability to work independently.
• Comfort using CRM tools or other systems to manage a sales pipeline.
• Professional judgment, integrity, and respect for customer relationships.

Experience selling business supplies, facility products, hygiene products, janitorial supplies, or related commercial equipment is especially relevant. Established business relationships are a plus.
Compensation — clear from the start
This opportunity is 100% commission-based. There is no base salary, hourly pay, or guaranteed income. No sales means no compensation.
Eligible sales may include The Hand Stand towers, dispensers, refills, and accessories.
Commission is payable only on qualifying sales after customer payment has been received and the applicable return window has closed. Canceled, refunded, returned, or unpaid orders do not qualify for commission.
Commission rates, sales attribution, eligibility requirements, and payment timing will be provided in a written agreement before work begins.
