Account Executive, Entry Level

To keep up with our growth, BCM One's Sky Switch Revenue team is looking for an Account Executive. As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for a variety of activities that span the full customer journey from new partner onboarding to training and general account management. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to wear many hats and work cross functionally with team members from Sales, Partner Success and Marketing to drive revenue growth and deliver an exceptional experience to our partner base while gaining hands‑on experience in a hyper growth company.

This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to gain experience in areas such as Account Management, B2B Sales, and Onboarding and Training. Ideal candidates are motivated individuals who are eager to learn and passionate about furthering their career in a revenue generating function. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams is key.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Blue Bell, Pennsylvania office. The team typically enjoys 2 to 3 work from home days per week. This is subject to change based on the demands of the position and company. This position must live and be authorized to work in the United States; it is not eligible for relocation or sponsorship.

Eastern Business Hours with flexibility.

• Learn and perform key functions within the Revenue team such as product demonstrations, solution‑selling, partner training, and account management.
• Assist Revenue teams in daily business activities and special projects as requested.
• Track and maintain activity and records through CRM tools.
• Triage calls and emails from partners, addressing issues and escalating to others in a timely manner.
• Build and manage reports on key metrics to measure effectiveness and utility.

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer facing role
• Experience in the telecom industry is a plus
• Experience with CRM platforms is desired (Hubspot or similar)
• Administrative skills that include setting appointments and webinar/web demonstration
• Knowledgeable in social media for business - Linked In, Twitter, Facebook, etc
• Adept at seeing situations through the eyes of others, understanding their needs, challenges, and concerns
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills with ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high‑pressure environment
• You bring the highest level of integrity, honesty, and accountability in all that you do
