From power generation and steel production to pulp & paper and mining, their electrical carbon products and technical expertise support some of the toughest operating environments around. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and sales. You won't be selling from behind a desk. You'll spend most of your time with customers, understanding their equipment challenges, identifying opportunities to improve performance, and providing practical technical solutions that deliver real value.

You'll work closely with maintenance, engineering, reliability, and operations teams, helping customers improve uptime, reduce costs, and solve equipment performance issues. If you enjoy getting out on site, speaking with customers face-to-face, and combining technical knowledge with commercial responsibility, you'll be right at home here.

  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships through regular site visits and technical support
  • Promote Morgan's portfolio of electrical carbon products, including carbon brushes, brush holders, slip ring assemblies, and related solutions
